Refund Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the usual 14-day cancellation right does not apply to digital content once the download has begun, provided you consented to immediate delivery at checkout.

Our promise

That said, we want you to be happy. If your file is faulty, will not open, or is not as described, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will replace it or issue a full refund.

How to request a refund

Email hello@halcyre.co.uk with your order email address. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 working days.
